CityUHK Future-Ready Hong Kong Summit 2026
A multilingual digital platform for the Future-Ready Hong Kong Summit 2026, bringing the programme, White Paper, organisers and event updates into one responsive, editor-friendly website for public, academic, government and industry audiences.
The challenge
Understanding the real problem
The tripartite organisers needed one credible digital hub for a high-profile summit spanning climate resilience and the silver economy. Content would change before and after the event, while several organisations needed to present a consistent story to a multilingual audience.
The approach
Designed around people and operations
i2 mapped the summit information architecture around the visitor journey, then created reusable content components for prominent announcements, the agenda, organisers, news, events and supporting documents. Mobile-first layouts and multilingual publishing workflows were considered from the start.
The solution
A system built to keep working
The resulting platform gives the organising team a flexible CMS for assembling pages, updating time-sensitive programme content and publishing the White Paper, while visitors can quickly understand the summit and reach the information relevant to them on any device.
Modular publishing system
Reusable hero, image-and-text, timeline, grid and media components let editors assemble pages without sacrificing visual consistency.
Summit information hub
Structured areas bring together the programme, organisers, partner information, news, events and White Paper content.
Multilingual workflow
English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese content can be maintained for distinct audiences through one managed publishing process.
Responsive engagement
Mobile-first layouts, prominent calls to action and secure forms help attendees and stakeholders act from any device.
