Overview
The Hong Kong Blind Union has assigned i2 to develop「賽馬會『開聲體』體育口述影像服務」website from layout design to content management system (CMS) development for visually impaired people to enjoy the sports events.
This website not only meets the W3C WCAG2.0 Level AA standard but also provides sports audio and textual descriptions for visually impaired people. We integrated a membership system for both visually impaired people and the general public to join members.
Apart from past sports competitions, we also support live streaming of sports events with distinct live icons. We also integrated program tags for users' convenience to filter their interesting programs.
