This database includes pictures and ecological information of over 4,000 local species, 80 ecology study sites, and other types of educational resources.

To make the website more user-friendly, most content is displayed bilingual, so that users do not need to switch between languages. For the most important area – Species Database, to make users much easy to find corresponding content, a comprehensive filter system is applied for users to search for specific species. With a user-friendly content management system, administrators can update the website content easily, especially the Species Database, so as to save much time on maintenance, and deliver the most updated information to the users.

In the Apps, most of the content (except for the map function) can be accessed without an internet connection. This can make users feel more comfortable while using this app while they do not need to worry about data usage. Users can also filter the species by many criteria so that they can search for the information they need more specifically. We launched the Apps on both iOS & Android.
